Kris is part of the coaching staff of Your Fitness Network. She’s a certified personal trainer and figure competitor. Additionally, she has her specialty  certification in Fitness Nutrition and trained in CPR. She specializes in flexibility, mobility, stability and strength training. Kris stays current with the latest fitness and nutrition analysis and trends to meet the needs of her clients  In her free time, Kris loves cooking, gardening and meditative drawing.
