Lisa is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Certified Yoga Teacher and Fitness competitor. She began her fitness journey while in college, after witnessing first-hand the effects diabetes had on a loved one, their body and quality of life. It was at that time, Lisa committed to making healthy choices and fitting in fitness. As a Yoga coach, Lisa works with clients to help them transform their body, transform their mind and transform their life. She enjoys practicing yoga, hiking and running.
